We were there for the birthday party. Nobody at the reception knew anything. We had to look for the hostess ourselves. We were offered a table twice. The drinks came very slowly and were sometimes not chilled. The food was not recommended except for one thing, fish fried too long and the liver too. The waiter hardly looked after us. After calling out several times, we were fed up with bickering again. Nobody cared that the papers were filled out. So the result. The previous owner was much better. Never again

Since our hotel is not allowed to offer breakfast, reason Corona, he called his cousin and we were allowed to have breakfast here. Very nice woman, breakfast was good. We felt comfortable there

The hotel looks a little dated but very comfortable. The room is ok, the furniture is a little dated but still very comfortable. The draft are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with a good choice. There is also a restaurant. The hotel is not too far from the train station of Langenfeld and not too far to the centre.

Homemade burgers according to the map. That's why I ordered my medium. I got a totally fried burger that was colder inside than outside. So warmed up later. Also, the spice mixture came out of the bag. The sauce was also bag and drowned everything. The convenience potato wedges were over-salted. The goulash soup of my table mate was for me can open and warm. I returned half. When asked if it tasted, my complaint was accepted without reaction. Quality and cooking is different.

Awful place. Room smelled from smoke of cigarettes. They overcharged us with 80 euros, charged 2 us for 2 single rooms altough we have got one shared room, with bathroom on the corridor. Didn't give our money back even after complaining. Very bad service in the restaurant, they didn't pay attention at all, although we were a large group. Meals were fine. Certainly not a place to recommend to stay.

This was a brilliant place to stay. Really friendly and willing staff; delicious food, clean rooms and a lovely little beergarden. If you want quiet and solitude then this is not really the place for you - however we did stay while the world cup was on so it might be very different otherwise. I would definitely stay here again!

Very tasty burgers .. great meal! The asparagus are very good in the right season! In the summer, the beer garden behind the restaurant is also very nice!

I used it at the hotel. The food is perfect. Filet steak, which can be eaten at 18 euros, is also great. It is rare in Germany, and the taste of pasta is exquisite. Hamburger is also delicious. There is also a REWE nearby and within walking distance of the station. If you have a day ticket for NRW, you can also see football from Düsseldorf to Cologne, Bonn, Aachen, or Dortmund. Just watch out for the German style first floor room. You can hear the noise of the restaurant until midnight so you should always stay on the second floor.
